Don't forget the placemats!

Eli and I registered today at Bed, Bath and Beyond. It was a little overwhelming and took two hours to do, but I think we did well.
We registered for almost all the day-to-day staples there because they have a great selection. Eli is worried, though, that people are just going to go to Target instead because that's where everyone registers. He thinks they will for get about BBB.
So if you are reading this and know you'll be invited to our wedding, go to BBB and not Target. We are going to register at Target but not for as many items
At BBB we registered for our every day dishes and silverware. Eli picked out his knives and cookware. It was pretty fun to watch him pick out what he wanted- these are big decisions! Have you ever seen anyone who actually knows how to cook pick out knives? He carefully touched each blade and held the handle to see how it fit. Pretty funny.
We did alright, though. I didn't even get crabby! That's a big deal for me :)
I'm excited to register at Macy's. We'll go to the downtown Minneapolis store for that. There we'll register for our nice stuff: China, crystal stemware, and silver flatware. Very nice!
